It getting what these quality foods becomes a big mission and a big stress, you defeat the purpose.

Exactly, if the whole process is to be stressful, there is no sense starting down the path. That goes for transition as well.
Doing this must alleviate more stress than it brings. Otherwise the benefits will be outweighed by the negative.

I think mine is just fat distributed to the hips and waste getting smaller.  I doubt my hips are growing.  I'm happy with curves, but I'd like a bit more fat in the butt.

Aww thanks!  I also torture myself with a low carb diet and run.  If I try to add fat to my other parts my belly sticks out [emoji53]
