Hopefully it will pass.  Like armpit hair, I don't want to see it on anyone.  I had laser to remove mine years ago.

It's my single biggest creep out factor for body hair, much worse than my facial hair even. ICK!!!!! I am very anal obsessive about removing it.
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

Thanks, @Alaskan Danielle for your encouraging words. I have to admit I hope to make it past 4 one day. Right now it still all looks a bit odd.

I am fine and happy about the bottom hair removal. Aside from being for a good cause, it saves me all the shaving. As you stated, many women go through permanent hair removal, especially in the bikini region to have a clean look at the beach. My comment was more a chuckle. Especially for late transitioners, we would all start out at stage 5, so the pubic hair stages are really irrelevant for us.

Hugs,

Sarah

I am close to a 4 in the breast area and almost back to a 1 for the pubic hair... OK, that is not fair since I am getting all the hair removed for surgery.
@sarah1972
Dear Sarah:
I am very happy to hear about your breast area development, I am glad that you are getting "close" to a stage 4, congratulations for sure....   so sorry about your "nether region" hair.... now it is getting removed entirely, but do know that many women are opting for the completely shaven look down there so you may be right in style.

I was at almost a stage 4 when I went full time over 2 years ago and nowI am just about in between a stage 4 and stage 5....   some days are "fuller" than others.
The good news about being a stage 4 or stage 5 is that cleavage will start looking right, and bras and tops designed for "women's" sizes will start fitting better and looking better..

Thank you for sharing and I am wishing you well as you prepare for your long awaited surgery.
Hugs and well wishes,
Danielle

As a hairless by nature person, I have only very light growth of pubic hair. Nothing that grows up to the belly button, etc.  But I am still horrified to attack this area with anything sharp, or worse, even with wax stris.  How can you ladies stand the cruciating pain?
But to be honest, I am not used to any hair removal pain at all, and I have no idea how much it would hurt to get bare down there.  How would on even approach this hair removal task?  I think I would need some kind of a professional doing this for me!

After almost 4 years of HRT, I have reached Tanner stage 5 breast growth. I have size 42D breasts, no surgery of any sort

You're very lucky and that's great. Kudos.

I couldn't help but do this but I've been on HRT for 47 years since I was 17 and have reached the previously undocumented Tanner stage 6! Aren't I lucky! Ha! :)

This is pure applied bio-physics, demonstrating the effects of gravity on biological systems!

In my last session, the numbing cream did not work. The only thing which made me get through it was the knowledge of why I am doing this. But it was tough.

Lucky me, I am not a hairy person either, so I only need a few hours, then I am done.

That is truly funny. Starting at age 54, I hope to live long enough to get to stage 6.

I'd say I'm currently at early stage 3, about a month shy of 2 years HRT.

Do you think that breast development has something to do with age?

I feel like adult people develop more breasts (sometimes) than young people, my mom has big breasts, and I have 1 year and 1 month with estrogen and according to that scale, I have only reached tanner 3. .. puberty takes years and the chest changes according to weight and height ...

My height 5'2 and weight 114lb (according to my endocrinologist I have to climb at least 121lb to not develop as a sick woman, so were his words, but I want to weigh 136lb to have a better breast development, and then lose weight again , at my normal weight 105lb.

Sorry if  my english is so bad, it is because i'm chilean and my native language is spanish lol XD

I have an even more simplified way of saying it... gravity sucks!

I don't even know if I could stand a few hours of it.  I might need full anesthesia for this!  I wonder how much of i is required for a vulvoplasty  with minimum depth only?

My best guess is less than what I do. It also depends on the surgeon, some remove hair follicles during surgery. My surgeon said hair removal is optional. I had already started and of course "the more the merrier". Makes it easier for her during surgery and reduces chances of unwanted hair growth.

There are a few places which offer hair removal under full anesthesia... I think there is one in Texas.

Thanks, but Texas does not do any good, because I live as far south in Florida as possible (Ladies and Gentlemen, our next stop are the Everglades)

I go to E3000 in the Dallas area. They do not offer full anesthesia but the do use lidocaine injections which help quite a bit. The injections sting quite a bit but the electrolysis is not felt at all. Many folks travel from quite far for their services, I come down from Colorado, so Florida is not a show stopper for a clearing every six to eight weeks.

Clearing the groin area is not often required for partial or cosmetic GCS as there is no vaginal canal to make free of hair. I am choosing the hair removal for personal preferences.

Thanks.  I have to see what I would need for the limited depth surgery.  I was never really a fan of the hairless look, and would not do it if I don't have to.

You ladies seem to be the master travelers anyway.  I have to travel in a way that allows me to take my pretty big dog along, which means it has to be done with the motorhome.  It would take about 3 days to go to Dallas, a long trip for a few hours of hair removal!
