How much more difficult can thing get?

As some may know I have lost all my friends by comming out, I hane one dear male friend who said he will "always" be my friend, but I am starting to feel things could all end up in tears.

Some of this is personal. To personal for me to discuss in an open forum like this would appreciate emails to help me get my head around this.

Love

Caroline

I just sent you an e-mail, hon, I hope it doesn't take too long getting there.

I can't see any broken rules!

Please don't think that this is the end of the world.  You have friends here and you can and will make friends where you are too.  Please don't despair even if things look very bleak right now.

If you're more comfortable with it, answer with an e-mail although, I think you may be near the posting threshold where personal messages are allowed.

Hang in there!

...

If you inadvertently fracture a rule you will be notified at the situation corrected... They exist only to keep this place safe for us all and working smoothly. You need not be fearful of the rules really.

P.s. The email link in each of my posts, which is the same as the one in my profile, works and consequently is visible in case someone wishes to speak to me for whatever reason. I help as best I can.

Hey Carol,

You have lots of new friends here. We are always available to talk. Sometimes it may take a little while to make contact but once it is made we are all over it. I know it's hard to lose friends. That's the down side of the rollercoaster ride of transition and coming out. Take heart though I know internet friends aren't quite the same as having a friend you can visit with in person but you will make new friends. Give it time. I was moved about so much as a kid I never made any real long time friends. Seems I was always having to make new ones. So trust me I have a lot of experience in this area. You will make new friends and they will all know the real you from the beginning. So they may be even better friends than the ones you lost. And it will be an exciting time for you too. So cheer up hon. It will get better.
