My experience has been Stevie is on to the right idea! There is no such thing as "fat (re)distribution" we all have a
fixed number of fat cells in our body but it's the size of/volume of those cells that is changing, they're either "giving up" or "adding on" but your hormonal based metabolism is probably not going to "move around", or do both simultaneously.
My example: I am 6'0" and historically have always been around 185lbs. At one point, when exercising like a dog (at work), I got down to a passing out 165lbs and, being on HRT the whole time, have since regained to a heavier 195lbs
but with a much more feminine shape save in the mid-section (tummy area) which I once again need to lose . . . lol but
*sigh* being older (and lazier) I know not how!
It was also around this "passing out" time that I changed from taking *spiro*. In constantly perspiring excessively my potassium levels were probably wayyy off the charts! Should also add that later, since stopping AA's entirely, and doing "E only" my breast growth has increased alot!
