In 2016 I spent 12 months on HRT and often dressed as a woman in my spare time - it was soothing.

In 2017 I spent 12 months off HRT. In 2017 the compulsion to dress as a woman was compelling. Sometimes I would wake a midnight or the wee hours and had to put on a dress & some makeup. That got me through.

In 2018/ 19 on HRT the urge to dress is not so compelling even though I am wearing a t- shirt dress and wrap skirt as I type this! HRT is calming & stabilizing.

Through the day I wear a bra under my mans shirt because I have breasts. Not wearing a bra is actually less comfortable.

Yes I would like to dress feminine all the time.

Yes, but it comes and goes in regular, predictable cycles. There are actually two cycles, and the are set to peak around early March. Yes, the need/urge/feeling of correctness is difficult to control. Unfortunately, the level of carelessness grows.

Kristeneklund7, that is an interesting observation that I have seen a number of times, that the HRT is soothing and reduces the illogical urge to dress. I wonder if there is a low does HRT that could provide this effect without inducing visible physical signs of transition.

I have 24 total months of HRT from 2015 to 2019. I have no trouble passing as male(even though I would like male fail.)
To a large extent full dose HRT eases the gender angst and I dont seem close to being gendered female.
The psychological effect of HRT is almost a cure for me.
