HI everyone hope you all are well,  I will give you all a total update in my life here as I have not been on here in a while I have the next few days off thankfully 🙂 Well we will start off I work in a nursing home full time and I am president of the local union and health and safety rep so I have a lot of responsibilities. I was elected for my second term as president back in may 2018, since then we have renegotiated our contract at work and we are in the middle of negotiations for 2019-2020, I have also had to bring the local by-laws up to date as they were from the early 1990's and are way outdated. I have had to deal with terminations, and disciplinary measures on fellow members of the union, as well as human rights complaints. All while working a full time personal support worker position.

My personal life and work life some times clash for a few reasons but one of the biggest reasons is my past. See before my transition, I was basically a "player" I fooled around with a lot of my female co-workers from all the places that I have worked and yea I have learn the hard way not to mix business with pleasure. I will explain more I have a BFF she means the world to me she helped me transition, I work with her every day, I know more about her emotionally physically spiritually than anyone in this world. In health care a lot of the staff move around to find better jobs with more hours and pay, so now my employer has now hired unknowingly 6 of my ex flings from other nursing homes as well as the 3 that I had at my place of employment now. And well the the claws can come out with some my boss does no the situation with some of the girls as rumours spread and well I had to explain why some of these co-worker don't like me. Yes I broke some of their hearts and I am sorry for that. I have hurt my bff's feelings because of my past and we are trying to work things out with her. My bff is the one that took me to see male strippers, She knows how I feel about her, but she also knows that I am attracted to males. When my bff took me to the strippers I hooked up with on of them and had a great time (hehe) the way he kissed me was unbelievable it was the first time a male ever kissed me like that. Which than made me feel amazing he was so hot. Which now I know the powers of a kiss I always believed you can tell love by a kiss. I feel that I have feelings for him and it is insane of me to think that. We have messaged a few times since then but nothing more, I have been on a few dating websites and talked with alot of guys but none of them worked out so far, I am not physically attracted to them, or if I am than they seem to be so far away or just want sex and I don't really want to go back to my old ways as they still hunt me now. So I am still single for now.
    Last week I went for a new job interview that I applied for when I was kinda down and lonely and tired of the cattiness of my past. It was a job as an escort I wanted to apply for it as I know it is good money and a get away from my past but I also did it sort of for my self esteem and I was offered the job but I did refuse it as I do not want to go down that road again, I probably should not have even applied for it but at that time I just wanted a quick way out.
 
Today I officially changed my name on my Drivers license health card and ownership of my car, and monday I have an appointment in toronto with my new Doctor as my old one was forced to give up his license to practice medicine. So I am hoping monday I can than apply to change the M to and F on my birth certificate than restart this process again. My old doctor was supposed to fill out the paperwork but did not. So I have been in limbo for this. Well this brings you up to date with my feel free to ask comment  make suggestions or state anything about your life as well on here

I am so very happy to see that you have started your own personal thread.  I trust that you will continue to update it as you continue on in your journey.

I have been following you for over a year and I have always liked reading your various posts and viewing your photos ....  a lot of good changes happening in your life this last year....   but I did not have ONE PLACE to go to check up on you and your progress... now your followers and I can come along with you as you report your life goings-on.

I am so glad that you came to your senses and rejected your new job offer...  I am kind of an old-fashioned conservative prude... and I know that you know that self-esteem can not be purchased and once self-esteem is lost, it is a long and hard road to get it back.... and that new job that you rejected, in the long run would not help you with your sel-worth or self-esteem... and certainly not good references for getting future jobs in your chosen health care field...  just my opinion.

WOW, getting your Driver License changed to your new name and gender.... and also your car ownership title.... of course this is only the tip of the iceberg regarding name and gender changes...  birth certificate, passport, bank accounts, charge cards, school diplomas, etc, etc.   Just when you think that you have them all done, something new will pop up in the mail or email, so keep after it.   Of course you will continue to get dead-named with SPAM email, junk snail mail, etc.... for a long time to come.

Again, so very good to see that you started your own thread.   It will benefit you greatly to have one main place to stay in contact with your followers.   We are your biggest fans and we are always rooting for your success. 
Of course I will also continue to be looking for your various posting and photos around the different threads here on the forums.

Hi Thank you Danielle I love your profile pic you look amazing. Yes I came to me senses on the job I had some help from people to make me realize that I would be hurting my future. And yes as much as it is nice to finally have my name changed well it is a pain in the butt for certain things I am realizing lol. I will keep this updated more I have been reading everybody's up dates on other thread wow there is alot.

I forgot to say last week I was holding  new born baby of one of my coworkers, he was so tiny and cute I held him for 30 minutes I did not want to  let him go. When I gave him back to his mom it made me sad and I actually cried because I have always wanted my own kids and well never be able to have my own. My BFF text me that night because she knew how I felt and said I would be an amazing mom which than made me cry again.

I also forgot to mention that I had to get antibiotics for an impacted wisdom tooth that is infected so I brought my prescription to the pharmacy and there is several new people working there. Well the fill it than the pharmacist wanted to take to me about it. When he was talking he asked me if I was on any birth control as the antibiotic can stop my birth control from working and I could get pregnant. Well I don't know if he was just being nice but that made my day even with a sore mouth. I still don't think I look that "passable"

I hope that I didn't overstep my bounds by making the suggestion I did about your "new" job offer being questionable... I felt strongly that it would have been a mistake for you in the long term.

I hear you about babies.  Since I have become full-time I can't get enough of holding babies and commenting to young mothers regarding their babies and they will usually let me hold and cradle their babies for a while to give them a break.

Oh no, impacted wisdom teeth...  once the antibiotics do their job I suppose that you will have the bad tooth extracted... perhaps along with all of your wisdom teeth...   ha! Painless dentistry, what a lie!!!  Of course my ToothFairy suitor #4 does not agree with me about that!

That was a great experience for you at while getting your antibiotics....  very affirming... enjoy the moment!!!
I have had similar experiences when getting meds at a pharmacy...   also I went to a baby shower last year and was asked if I had any children and if so what were my birthing experiences... !!!!   Wonderfully affirming for sure.

You've been through a lot in a short amount of time... I think I can relate even though my circumstances are different...
I wish that people in our lives would make transition easier, but sometimes we don't have that choice.

Hi thank you for your reply I am glad I am not the only one that thinks babies are adorable, And that is so cool about the baby shower too, yes I was so happy when he said that it was like ok did that really just happen, and I have to say I can take pain but the sound of a dentist drill make me panic as well as I get loopy on novocaine it always messes me up where I giggle and don't know what I am doing than I sleep. So the pain from pulling them out is nothing I had the bottom ones done in January no my right side is infected

Well to keep this updated yesterday was my 26 month on hrt and today at my doctors appointment I got my letter to change my sex designation on my birth certificate now I have to go see my MPP can get a notarized form and fill out for a new birth certificate again and send it all out again. oh well it will be worth it. I was told by my doctor me breasts are to big for OHIP to pay for a BA 🙁 so I will have to come up with that money but we will be discussing Vaginoplasty in may and he gave me a place to call to get my second referral so finally I can start not feeling stuck. I have to say that my transition has been fairly easy compared to some of the others I have read on here. Which I am so thankful for. I have had a few set backs, glitches , minor problems but nothing to major so far, and I hope it stays that way. Well I usually like challenges so maybe a few but nothing to hard.

And I like talking to you too! It's too bad about the OHIP thing... Is the doctor sure about your breast size and the requirement?
That's great news about your vaginoplasty and I hope it all works out.
Your challenge may just be to save up enough money to get a BA. You can do it!

Well things are starting to look up again I finally received my birth certificate with my gender marker a Female so I have to change my ID once more but it is so totally worth it. and I got my first assessment for srs done yesterday now I have to find another doctor to do my second one. I know have a prescription for injections instead of pills well for estrace at least. I am so looking forward to the union conference in Toronto at the end of the month even though I am supposed to speak in front of thousands of people my courage at this point has been building up dailly on that. I do miss coming on here I do check up on threads I just have not had the time or energy to respond I have been busy with work, union stuff, health and safety stuff and well life I don't have much of a social life which is my next goal to work on. I made a promise to myself that I am going to really try to go on a date by summer time as I think I am at the point almost where I am building up self confidence to do it I have had 2 wonderful girls on her help me with that you both know who you are you both are amazing women 🙂

Awe thank you you are a sweetheart yes have my correct birth certificate is so afferming I was in AWE all day about it  I want to have a date I have no one in mind yet so I have to start there but when I find someone that I am (A) attracted to (B) like there personality (C) can see myself with than I will go on a date I am going to start looking soon though and I will be more serious about it this time and I will definitely post an update when it happens
