Tensing Body Before Orgasm

What do you do?

I saw a article talking about how many women tense their body, especially the lower body as arousal increases and leads to orgasm.  I've always done this since I was a kid, often holding it in for as long as possible.  My body gets stiff as a board and all of my muscles are engaged.

I was recently discussing this with a new partner and he said that he does not do that.  So instead, he tries to keep his body relaxed.

It's the difference between holding pee in with your whole body, versus the feeling of just relaxing and peeing while arousal builds.

Just thought it was interesting.  True for you?  Thoughts?

Hi, Yes, I tense my lower muscles. Orgasms take longer to achieve and are much more intense.

Stiff as a board, that describes my orgasms too, if I'm grabbing something when the orgasm occurs, I am unable to let go until the spasms begin to subside.

My lower half tenses up so much I often can't move my legs immediately afterwards.  Of course, that's since going on T....[emoji846]

Before T, my body used to spasm.  I think its because the basic "mechanisms" for me orgasming has changed.
