Honestly I do it since I was 13 years old, and the only thing I do is put it back and put on my pants, and I use very tight pants and that area burns a lot, even sometimes I have sore sores, and it hurts a lot , and I speak of the flap, not of "the balls" they put me inside, and I do not feel anything of them, but my pain is in the flap and the only thing that makes me want is hopefully turn 18 soon to be able to operate, have SRS, and remove me that thing.

Do you guys can help me with that?

I think you need an extra layer of material.
Try this combination.
Hipster(with no stretch !), one size smaller and use them reversed.
And then a pair of Craft greatness boxer waistband(right size).

The hipsters hold things up & away. The Craft makes the cladding not caught by each other.

I thought that since in here were a lot of old trans people, they were more experienced in how to hide the thing from below, but I think nobody will help me to stop feeling pain in that thing XD, so..

Anyway, I'm used to doing it the way I do, and it fits me pretty well, which I appreciate from my hormonal blockers, goodbye ladies, thanks for nothing xd.

You should have had more replies  :(

I think that some seemless boxer/shorts would be fine. If they can be tight enough then it could work just like the two-layer I wrote about ?

Seriously? In one day you give up? Based on your self-description you've been tucking over 4 years, have discomfort, yet too impatient to await any replies at all? I have lots of words, TOS says I cannot say them. Instead, I will answer your original question at it applies to me. Take it or leave it.

take the 'flap' as you call it and wrap it OVER/AROUND the tucked member. Proper panties will keep it there. I get ZERO rubbing from this. If I were to do it as you described, it would hurt like crazy.
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

I used to feel a lot of pain too from tucking, until I went for specialized transgender bikini panties (technically a gaffe, but not sexual) I found from Leolines...

Beware though they're not cheap... but they're handmade and you get to choose the style and colors you want!

The only pain I've felt with them is when I go cycling sometimes if ''the flap'' is too stretched behind and me sitting on it. You sorta want to hot-dog your sausage with your flap so it holds nicely!

I thought I had become clear that I am used to it, besides it only hurts sometimes, sometimes it works great and I don't feel anything, that is why I haven't been so important for 3 years, but sometimes I use very tight pants and it hurts sometimes and I have to use them without make me put it back, and it don't show nothing, but I feel uncomfortable without doing it.
