So 3 years back the I went to the doctor he did a prostate exam but just said you might be intersex.

Well I just wanted to get out of there because ummmm naked exposed and all. I didn't want to tell anyone.

So here I am sitting shaking because I feel different inside than the rectum of my fiance.

I can press where his prostate is and it is like soft and squishy there. I can feel his bladder my finger can't go deep enough to feel above it,his rectum is soft.
On myself I have a bulging structure like a tube running all the way up and then I can feel there is nothing above it and is soft and squishy there. Where my prostate is also supposed to be there it is thick and bulging. I can't feel my bladder or where it begins.

I don't know what bph feels like.

I can't be intersex I have a biological child. I also don't want prostate problems because that is my g spot.

I also can't ask him that we go too the doctor to check this out because he will flip out say there is nothing wrong with me and I am scared the doctor laughs at me

I wish I had something super duper insightful to share but here I fail.  I have always felt that I might be intersex but have always feared asking for some test to find out.  I don't want to be laughed at but it is something serious to me.  If I were, it would explain a lot.  If I am not, then that answers some questions as well.  I'm sorry I have no good answer for you.

What if it's a vagina? Get checked.

How would this be checked? what does a vagina feel like from inside the rectum?

I highly doubt it because I have a biological daughter.

With BPH you are unable to urinate properly.  It gets to the point where it hurts.  Also, since you can urinate only a little at a time, you have to go frequently.  It also means having to get up several times during the night and not wanting to be too far from a washroom during the day.  BPH can cause a backup into the bladder, damaging it and further backup into the kidneys, damaging them too.  In extreme cases, it can be fatal.

As I said, you don't want to know.  If you want to rule it out, talk to your doctor.

That sound bad. I do urinate frequently though. The question is does a BPH prostate go up so high that you can't feel the bladder?

But I can sleep the whole night without having to get up too pee.

I know if I ask him if we can check it out he is going to flip out. He is just like that and tell me there is nothing strange there you are fine. It is only when I am half dying when he will take me too the doctor. If there is no pain he won't get it looked at.

I would ask your family doctor about this and if there is any chance its BPH its possible its cancer.  And with that time is essential.

BPH is not cancer.  It's an entirely different thing that affects most men as they get older.  Check the link I posted earlier.

Well I think it is time to see a doctor.

We did a case of I feel yours you feel mine.

His is nice and round inside you can feel the bladder. He says mine feels like a highway.

So the question is now would a normal gp be able to solve this?

Probably by sending you to a urologist.  They're the ones that specialize in this sort of thing.

Hi, I am sorry, I can not offer any help with the prostate issue.

When on HRT for a while the prostate does atrophy provided we have low T and transition dosage E.

There are 5 types of intersexed and a special case.

Type 1 & 2 can have children. Type 3-5 can  not have children. The special type is mosaic which means the xxy is not on every gene and they can have children too.

1 in 500 "males" are type 1. More are mosaic. There are physical, mental and psychological patterns to intersexed. It is not just about really small genitals or ambiguous genitals and features.

I am diagnosed intersex (among other syndromes also XXY), and in theory can't have children, but I was lucky to be able to father one child.
I had one functioning teste, and I have a non functioning ovary, and a million other weird things going on in my body.  And I have a prostate, albeit an extremely atrophied one.  Intersex people come in all shapes and forms, and trying to put them in types is only a rough system, because there are many overlapping cases.
Nobody can say if you are intersex or not, until you have been tested.  The most simple test for it is karyotyping, which misses a lot of in between cases, but it is a good start to find your general chromosome structure.
With most intersex people you will see clear indicators for this condition on the outside of their body, I, for example, was supposed to be a male, but always looked way more female than male, I never got any of the secondary male sex characteristics.
It is very unlikely that you have a hidden vagina instead of a prostate.  i have never heard of such a case.  Ovaries or even a uterus is not that uncommon.
I think you should have a medical doctor  check you up, and you might be intersex, but that may manifest itself different.  A prostate problem can be an ugly thing, and you want to get it taken care of as soon as possible!

See a doc and go from there!
Good luck

Most of us don't appreciate it a lot to be called intersexed, that is way to close in sound to oversexed, etc.
Officially we have different kinds of intersex syndromes, and we would like to be either called intersex pron, or person with intersex syndromes!
Just as a clarification.

Thank you for the info

Yeah male secondary sexual characteristics didn't develop much of those like my brother.

My dad is hairy my brother got hairy I had no body hair except on the legs and arms and developed a beard.

I am short also there was never ever growth spurts where I really gained a lot of height. My hip too shoulder ratio was also screwed up. I was mistaken for a girl a lot. Even in my early twenties.

Well I asked my mom was there anything done down there and she said no you where a healthy baby.

I asked her how long was I in the hospital for before they let me go home. She said two weeks. As far as I know baby's can go home after 2 too 3 days. That is normal not two weeks.

I asked her why two weeks she didn't answer me and came up with other excuses. Also changed the subject very fast.

She kept on repeating that she feels it is her fault that I am suffering today.

Any decent doctor should be able to see if your body was altered after you were born.  If there is any doubt you can be tested to have the clear indication if you have intersex syndromes.
Just go to your doc and ask to be evaluated for any unusual indicators.

Thank you.

My mother did the dreaded believe me and your dad we are your parents we will never lie to you or keep anything from you thing. I hate that when they do that because if she does that all my red flags go off.

My fiance is also starting to say I am just looking for things now.

After he found out my mom say there was nothing wrong with me. Although he said himself I feel strange.

I guess I am going to have to leave it until I get a job and can pay for it myself.

I tried to figure this out myself but I know nothing about this types of things if I sit on my haunches and I feel I have like a thick tube that comes up in the shape of a vagina and gets wider the further up I go. I might be loony and imagine this and it might just be the form of my prostate and bladder that is creating and deceiving me into thinking it is female.

My rectum literally wraps around this structure as if someone is wrapping latex around a potato when I sit on my  haunches. I can literally but my fingers on the sides of it like it makes grooves.
