Gay families seek understanding from evangelical mega-churches

During the next several weeks, Soulforce, UFMCC, NBJC and COLAGE will try to set up forums with members from each of the congregations. Over the weekends between Mother's Day and Father's Day, dozens of families with children will travel to the mega-churches to talk about faith, family and the harm done by religion-based discrimination to families led by gay men, lesbians and transgender people, according to the press release.
