Hello, I am 20 years old from China. I had sex change surgery in Bangkok, Thailand on February 18. The doctor I'm looking for is thiti chaovanalikit. I haven't talked to girls before and haven't had sex. I'm afraid my vulva looks different. I've found many pictures of women's vulva. It seems okay. I have asked many people too. They can't tell. This is the latest photo. I don't know why it's wrinkled and black. The most important thing is that I still don't know what the meat in the middle of the labia minor is for. It can't go away now.The doctor said that the meat in the middle was muscle, but it became very hard as soon as I was nervous. And I'm not in good health now. It's very easy to get dizzy when I stand up after squatting for a while.

Have you looked at transbucket.com to see if you look like any of these pictures of a gender reassignment surgery?  If you know the kind of surgery you had, you can look it up on the above link.
