No one is in "The Q" for a DUI, or kiting a check.  To make to San Quentin you much pretty much be a hardened career criminal, or a person who's crime is heinous.  Someone who got a Man1 in a bar-room fight will not go there, Scott Pederson who killed his pregnant wife did.  Sorry, I have to save what little sympathy I have for people who deserve it.
