Hello everyone, at the outset, I would like to apologize for my poor English.

My point is that I need the opinion of people who performed SRS. I thought about it and chose the clinic of dr. Kamola.
I mean, can you tell me how you changed your life after the procedure? Are you satisfied? What does sexuality look like? How are there any complications? What's the matter with Dilation.

To correct it yet, I do not have hatred for my body, I like it very much, this procedure is more aimed at the fact that I am to be treated as a TS girl. I really look great on live, fewer men will not turn around for me, but when it comes down to the guy's search in the séance, it turns out that I'm just fetishists, and I do not want to be associated with someone like that. I would like to be treated normally, it is not about any mercy or something.

Can you advise me if such an operation actually makes sense?

For me, I went through SRS to complete the transition. Not that I hated my body before, it just made me feel more confident. After SRS, I didn't think twice about anything I wore, or using the female facilities. That was about it. There are a lot of complications that could arise. However, I didn't have any problems. When I was at the recovery house, there were several girls there who had problems. Mainly because they  didn't follow the instructions to a T. Dilation is a pain in the butt for the first 6 months. After the first 6 months its manageable. I couldn't imagine working or going out during the first 3 months. Its messy and high maintenance.  It was about all I did was dilate and shower 3 times a day for 6 months. I am very happy that I had the procedure.  I feel good about it, and have no regrets.  As for sex... id say that its better. Very different from what I knew, but it is wonderful. I have no complaints.

There is no way to say if its right for you. Only that life isnt bad if you are prepared to give up the ability to have kids, or get an erection. Sex is still good, and clothes fit better.  Another up side is you'll build thigh muscle from all the squats.  ;)
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

Thanks for the advice, I am not afraid of complications, I know that they can happen. As I said, it's not about hatred for the body, I have good sex too, but I'm dying because most people say it is in between. Because no matter how good I look, I still have a penis. The point is that in the end I will be able to date normally, without confession about my past..And I still have a question, what are the aesthetic issues of the new vagina? Because I saw a few operations, I'm not talking about Thailand and it was pretty bad.

I am very pleased with the aesthetic. I had my surgery in the United States and researched my surgeon extensively.  He does excellent work.  There will be swelling for a year or so, but I had no issues with how it looked from day one.

I had surgery with Dr Loren Schechter in Chicago. I had the surgery to finish transition not because I was dysphoric about my male bits.  I had no complications but...

There were a lot of mental changes after surgery. Pre surgery I could mostly ignore my gentiles.  Post surgery I couldn't.  The constant dull throbbing can't be ignored.  It didn't hurt just achy.

Peeing was easier.  That's the only time I miss my pointing device. ;)

Dilation instructions vary for each surgeon.  But three times per day for the first 6-15 weeks is common.  Then 2x per day until 6 months, then once a day for a while and then occasionally (unless your having sex with men)  For me it takes 45 minutes (two dilators used for 15 minutes each plus cleanup). You can use moist baby wipes to clean up.

Sexual intercourse for me was a no-no until 8 weeks after surgery.  Anal sex is 6 months (that's not a typo).  I'm 5.5 months post op and I've just become sexually active again (with a woman).  However I'm still mostly numb so there is no pleasure, yet.  I have a friend who also uses Schechter and she told me it took her 2 years before all the numbness went away.

I'm more than happy I did it.  No regrets and it adds confidence to my life.

I have a question I hope you can help me with. I've been researching the surgery too, even though I'm not even close to that point yet. I've been trying to find pictures of the completed, post-op vagina. I've been pretty unsuccessful so far. I want to have some idea of what my new vagina would look like. I also want it to look real.

Mainly the only thing I can find are clips from very bad porno's. Something looks very wrong with the results those poor girls ended up with. I mean the ones I've seen don't really resemble "real" vaginas at all.

Does anyone know of a more clinical type site where I could view the finished "product?" Or do I just have to wait until I start interviewing surgeons to see the type of work they produce?
Finally started the process of becoming who I really am on the inside! 5/20/19

Hi Lexxi, you can go to Dr Bowers web site at this URL and hit the "View Surgical Results" button to see many samples of her work.
