I was recently contacted by the VA to participate in usability surveys. They are moving their veteran portals for health and benefits and merging everything to the main VA.gov website. They are looking for input on how well they are doing, what do they need to add, change, or whatever. I registered to participate in the surveys and was given a $5 Amazon Gift Card.
