Most health insurers in the US won't cover SRS, and even write language specific exclusion clauses in their plans, but some companies and governments will cover it independently of their employees' health insurance and some might be convinced to cover it for a valuable employee, check and ask your HR office. Some health insurers will cover therapy, treatments, tests and hrt, check your insurers benefits plans. For example some health insurers cover therapist(s) for specific conditions with treatment plans for full payment and will cover any related condition by an accepted (by their plan), state-licensed therapist for partial payment. And hrt is often covered through drug coverage as it's not sex/gender specific anymore.
