Had my appointment today

I had my first appointment with the gender therapist this afternoon. It went very well. She was able to give me a few ideas, and that made the lightbulb go off in my head. It very much cleared my mind. I'm looking forward to talking to her again.

Hi Alana, It's good your consultation went well.  I said in another post:

So to answer your questions, as others have said the first appointment will be a meet and greet, in other words both of you will get to know one and another.  Mine as far as I know was basically the same.

What should I expect to be asked?  Well I guess the answer to this would be "why are you here?" and of course only you know that answer to that questions and what do you want from talking to the gender therapist.

I hope you covered what I mentioned and you have said, "some light bulbs have gone off in your head" and it's also good to hear that you are on your way and you have some ideas to work on.

The upcoming appointments should be even more helpful.
I still go from time to time as I find issues pop up every once in awhile.
