If you having a bit of anxiety or social awkwardness try this technique what I got told.
1. Sit in a quiet place ( I.E garden. Bedroom. )
2. Have your eyes open
3. Go through 5 senses
So name 5 things you can hear, 4
Things you can smell, 3 things you can taste, 2 things you can see and 1 thing you can feel.
Take a deep breath in and out and your mind should be focused.
