One of the many things that we like to do here for our members on
the Forum is to officially recognize and help celebrate our members birthdays.

I have noticed that many our members have not submitted the date of their Birthday
on their Forum Profile. 
This is important because if you do, I will see the date that your birthday will
be arriving so that all of us on the Forum can recognize that it is time to give
you a personal Happy Birthday greeting.

For our members personal privacy and protection of personal information
there are options other than divulging the exact date:
      1. You do not have to enter your birthday
      2. You can enter another date such as your HRT date or other significant date.
      3. You can enter your birthday date without the YEAR.
                              Format below:      
            Birthday: Year (YYYY) - Month (MM) - Day (DD)
