I have often thought about how much hard work we girls put in, over the years. I have been to zillions of either aerobics, keep fit dance classes or even the gym to tone up! Well following a phone call from a friend she suggested that I join her and friends on a jog of five and a half miles!! Jog I said? I was going to do it as a fast walk!! Needless to say I turned up. Suprise number one the average age was 18. Suprise number two it wasnt exactly a jog. "Where's your sports bra? Bra I thought it was a jog. Not a frickin marathon. Hey go for the burn...groan..if you stop you drop out ok? (sadist) smiles back, chants of no pain no gain soom turned into pain gain ouch, not much futher now, grins and looks across at the cemetery, no very true I might just drop in over there!!! Keep up feel the burn....really ouch pain gain gain pain groan.....well done did you enjoy that erm....well we look forwards to you joining us next week....dreams of a hot bath, the things that we do for vanity and social constraint

Dances With Trees

I so enjoy reading your posts, Kat. Anymore, my idea of exercise is watering the plants inside my greenhouse. Not much of a social aspect involved but, then again, that's why I enjoy doing it.
