In my own case, I started HRT last year at 20 years old, never had much hair growth, definitely not enough for a beard, maybe enough for a weird patchy goatee. But I've still had to have every hair removed, though I can tell that hair growth did slow. I think it may be possible that some of my hairs lightened in color, but they didn't revert to vellousness -- they just stayed coarse and palpable.Lia
