Ignorance, Like a Cancer, Grows - And Covers Up Less Palatable Truths

1989.

By my math - and I admit I am but a lawyer and a Ph.D. candidate in history - 1989 is 8 more than 1981.  Chronologically, 1989 is 8 years after 1981.

Pleae correct me if I'm wrong on that.

In 1981, the Massachusetts Legislature knew enough about at least transsexual issues to enact a transsexual birth certificate statute.
