How do you pass time on an airplane, train, or car when you can on a trip?

How do you pass time on an airplane, train, or vehicle when you can on a trip?

For instance, do you play some kind of game, try to sleep, read, and so on?

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

on flights I usually watch a movie or try to sleep. While driving I am usually the one driving or just chat.

Airplane: look out the window; read if there's nothing to see.  I want to say fly the thing, but that's a brag that is more than 40 years old.

Train: whats that?  Read, I guess.

Car: try to stay between the lines and shiny side up.

It if is a long flight I will try to get some rest.  If not, I will do some Web surfing if it is available.  Or review my preparation maybe if I am not traveling for leisure.

If in a car, I would talk with others or listen to a book or the news.

I haven't flown since 1985. They were transatlantic flights, so I would watch a movie or sleep.

I haven't ridden a train since before that! We would haul our tanks to various locations, so we stayed with them as guard duty". We would play cards or sleep. I enjoy watching the scenery from a train. You will see things from a perspective that you cannot see while driving on a road.

In a car, I am the driver, so I spend my time dodging the idiots I am forced to share the road with.  ;D

I don't fly. I'm a control freak, and I don't want someone else behind the steering wheel.

I haven't ridden a train in decades. When I did, I was still in the service. We would play cards or sleep.

In a car, I am driving. The only time I have not been driving is when I was unable to, such as right after surgery. Fortunately, my best friend is a good driver, so I didn't have to "white-knuckle" the dashboard, and I just took a nap. I was VERY relaxed.  ;D
