So angry about what is going on... (Texas bans being transgender)

Venting here.. I am SO angry at what is going on in the U.S. Trump and his friends and his allies and those that turned so fast to appease their new master. The damage to minority rights, is crazy! its happening.. I'm worried we may loose our democracy and Trump won't even leave office. I mean even from my place in the world I can see how he idolizes Putin and the oligarchs.

Texas..what has happened in Texas... dam.... people are so stupid.

I share your outrage, MickiB. And the overwhelming sense of impotence. I am determined to do what I can in response to autocracy and fascism, hatred and oppression. Donating to good causes is a good start. Affirming the beauty intrinsic to each of us regardless of pronouns or orientation. Live our identity as loudly as possible (though I feel a bit hypocritical saying that: I live in North Texas-otherwise known as Montana- and wearing a dress to the grocery store might get me killed but I do try to live as authentically as possible). So I do the best I can.
