Hi everyone. I just need to share this moment with you!
Yesterday, I came out to my kids. I have coffee with my daughter once a month. It's a very pleasant way to find out how she is doing. Anyway, while we were talking, I felt like the moment was so calm and relaxed that it might be a good time to tell her. She was lovely about it! I was so relieved and happy about it! She told me that she loved and supported me no matter what. When I got home, I saw that she had texted me. She wrote that her love for me was unconditional. We both agreed that since I told her, I should tell her brother and sister quickly. She didn't feel right keeping a secret like that from them. So I called each of them,and had that same conversation two more times in one day! They were wonderful about it! Showing nothing but support! It made me so proud! I now feel like I have all the love and support I need to go on with this journey.
