Forum held today on social services for gay and transgendered

KINGSTON — Access to social services will be the topic of a discussion conducted this weekend by David Hansell, New York State Commissioner of the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.

The meeting will be held from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday at the LGBTQ Community Center, 300 Wall St. It will focus on issues of relevance to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.

The event is free and open to the public.
