JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA. Concert version of the show, presented Tuesday andWednesday night at Carnegie Hall.

Ever since "Jerry Springer the Opera" - the controversial musical inspired by the TV freakfest about name-callers, chair-throwers and clothes-doffers - became a London hit in 2003, there's been talk of bringing it to Broadway. Plans got scuttled three years ago.
