After many months and years of being depressed, my depression, anger, resentment, etc. for lack of surgery seems to be getting worse with last night being the worst culmination of all three I've ever experienced.  I think I am going to track my bad moods for a few weeks and see how often I actually have them, and under what circumstances they arose.  I'm beginning to get violent sometimes, even.

Has anybody done this, and do you think it is a good idea?
