Many many thanks to those that ansered my first question yesterday, so onto my second Q

I was just wondering if there are any drugs or excercizes that'll help my hips get bigger, I hate using pads.

I'm seriously lacking in this department, and in order to get my proportions even close, I have to wear 1 1/2" thick pads.

I'm 5'9" 143lbs (skin and bones), 36/27/30 , shoulder width = 18 1/2, hip width = 14

I've looked and other than pads I can't find much info on this subject. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

When I started HRT I was pretty skinny myself, I had no hips, no butt, no chest, no nothing cept a great waist...

HRT will fill you out with the fatty tissues you need, it may take a while, but my behind went from being concave to being one of my best non faial features...  I used to be around 32<flat> 28, 32<concaive> and now Im a pretty decent 34A, 29, 39  :)  It just takes time and patents, and you wont even notice its happened till someone points it out to you  :)

wow ;D , sounds like this HRT is unbelievable, boobs, butts, hips and shrinking testes, gimme, gimme, gimme .

OK, I'm guessing I've gotta go see a doctor about this right, or are there quality ones over the counter available?

If I hav to go the doc route, what type of doc would I be best with and should they be of one gender or another?

And if they be subscription, does anyone know if drug plans would cover?

To get hormones, it requires first seeing a theripist, then they give you a note to see an edochronoligist and from there you get the perscription,  It really depends on your insurance/drug plan...  If your doing this for looks though I dont recomend it...  HRT is for people who are willing to transition, and after a certian point its non reversable...

Id SRONGLY recomend thinking very deeply about this first...  Your emotions will change... you will physicaly change, and youll never be able to have kids again if you go this rout just to name a few...

Good luck and I hope you can find your way to happyness

Well, I don't want any more kids, so that's ok

As for the physical thing, I'm almost proprtioned like a girl now except for hips and boobs.

But the emotional thing has me, I'm not quite sure if I'm ready for the complete change, I'll have to take a seriuos look at myself on this...

Thanks abyways

Kathy, I noticed you are listed here as a CD. Hrt will effect all sorts of changes for you: tends to change fat distribution to female patterns for fat-cell placement, however will not 'move' midriff fat to thighs, buttocks, breasts, upper arms or hips.

Will probably cause breast-growth, however YMMV holds true for everyone. Will shrink testicular and penile tissue and cause impotence (you said you weren't worried about having children) but also generally retards erectile functions as well.

Tends to 'smooth' facial contouring, however does nothing to bone-structure. Will tend to affect hair growth rates (YMMV.) Nails will tend to become more brittle and thinner.

And does seem to change certain mental/emotional wiring in the brain.

To be honest you should prolly go search some health-oriented sites available on a google search for trans-health just to be sure you want to go this route. Not all 'CD's find that they do after discovering effects in their fulness. Again, YMMV.

Welcome to Susan's!

Ok, so for now, lets forget about HRT, what about foods and excersizes, Ive seen a few excersizes for chest, but for the life of me can't find for hips.

I actually have a bit of a butt, so I'm not in so much need of help there.

Squats and leg raises (also called fire hydrants) should work the muscles you want to improve.
It's the ONE place where you'll want hypertrophy, especially the fire hydrants - they'll target the gluteus medius, which makes for a curve from the spine to the outer crest of the hip.
Squats are good for overall development, but I'm learning to not overdo them now. Otherwise you get manly legs...  ;-)
