You can find gender or safe bathrooms by city and area.
Uses Google Maps to help you get there.
Mobile browsing and text message entries are supported.
It's easy to enter a new bathroom or find an existing one.

A bit further afield than that - at the moment, UK ... in about 6 months, South Africa ...

oh just great useing that there ant a restroom for a good 200 or so mile radus. guess i,lll have to move to
