Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- The Lower East Side of Manhattan is now the coolest art zone in New York. Anchored by the New Museum of Contemporary Arts new home on the Bowery, the area has recently spawned more than a dozen cutting-edge galleries, with more soon to come.
