Okay, so I'm looking forward to being more freely able to experience and process emotional highs and lows sooooooooooooo much, but it just occurred while getting stuff ready for work tomorrow: I'm still stealth at work. While there's no issue with bursting into tears at home or (nominally) on the bus, at work that might be an issue.

My boss is going through a particularly difficult time at the moment, and as his carer I am very closely aware of his highs and lows, which have already had me in tears at times. Any advice on how to manage things so people don't start asking difficult questions?

Thanks all,

Simone

okay, first off im an overly emotional person, you give me something to be sad about i usually have to repress the urge or ill cry like theres no tomorrow. im also a punk too, so that puts me at a conflict actually. anyway, my point is you either need to repress the emotions, which i know i VERY hard or you need to be punky about it meaning if someone makes you sad make them sad back in spades. lol. you also have anther option which is to ball you eyes out which ive done... too frequently i may add. so tha pretty much it.

i hope this helps. :D
