I confess that if it hadn't been for all that stuff above I would have happily gone on not knowing it even was Easter weekend.

We don't do hot cross buns here.  Matter of fact, given what's happened this week, with St Pats Day, and the 'big dance' on Thr/Fri/Sat/Sun - a lot of people are in the same boat I am.

Sorry, its SF, no hot cross buns, however you can get a great sourdough and our cresaunts are not bad.  Good Mexican and Chinese baked goods.  But this is not real Brit culture out on this ocean

I confess that I batted .500 at the grocery store yesterday.  Addressed as "sir" once and addressed as "ma'am" once. 

I confess that I had a lot of fun making the woman behind the pharmacy counter laugh hard with me about my transition.
You know - all those phrases that no longer apply to me, such as...

       "... oh, boy.  Oh, wait.  I don't think that phrase applies to me anymore."
