All I can think of is that were a couple of interactions with people here and there yesterday (YESTERDAY!) that seemed to get my goat. But, that was effing yesterday! Why in Dante's 9 Hells should they still be bothering me today!

Sorry you're feeling down. FWIW, when I've had bad interactions with people here, it's bothered me for days.

But, this thread is a year old. It became somewhat reactivated when my daughter replied to it.

I've got different reasons to be down, now, but they're not quite as severe as last March was.

But, thanks to all who've replied anyway. It all helps.

am i the only person who sort of enjoys this feeling?

when your eyes are all brimmy but not all the way there. there is a solid lump of gristle in the throat and the mind is racing through a thousand things to quickly to properly think about one. this makes you simultaneously feel you are simultaneously thinking of everything and nothing.
