"Last week The Daily Colonial reported on Allied in Pride's first ever annual Glitter Ball which, despite the night's theme of transgender acceptance and awareness, had a complaint placed with UPD regarding indecent bathroom usage. Now members of GW's transgender community are speaking out about the difficulties they face regarding housing, public bathrooms and equal protection under GW's non-discrimination policy."
