Hey all you SOs out there,
I am just posting to keep the board alive! Mine was the last post back on the 23rd. It really helps to know that I am not the only one going through the type of situation I am in. I find a lot of support and great advice here and it is greatly appreciated.
Marco and I are REALLY busy right now preparing for his upcoming top surgery in August. Between that and my court hearings, we are running all the time. As a matter of fact, I have a court hearing the day after Marco's surgery. We are flying to San Francisco on the 6th of August, his surgery is on the 7th and I have a court hearing on the 8th. We are returning to So. Cal. on the 15th. So I had to get a commuter plane trip down to So. Cal on the 8th so I can be in court. I tried to get the date changed, but my attorney said it couldn't be changed. I hate leaving Marco alone for several hours so soon after his surgery, but his sister and biological mom live up there so we'll see if they can check on him while I'm gone. We are so excited about his surgery...he can't believe it's two months away. It's like a dream come true for him. It is so cool to see the look on his face and the sparkle in his eyes when he talks about it.
Also, to Spike specifically...I've seen you lurking around here in the middle of the night so I know you are back from camping...WRITE ME BACK!!! I sent you an email, if you haven't gotten it, I will send it again.
