itchy red spots from E

Sometimes, when i am on a strict diet, or when my E  dose gets to high, i get some red itchy spots like mosquito bites.My doc says it is a reaction that i am giving to much  E  to my body.Too much to metabolise.Has anyone experienced sth similar?

Yea, I had that when I first started... on my inner thighs... it was very small red bumps over
a fairly large area. I related it to the Spiro because I started Sprio two or three weeks before E. I was not on a large
dose either. And I've seen it a few times since. I also have itchy legs... don't know if it's related.
