The real men / masculinity / testosterone issue is a standard that is often applied that doesn't really add up to anything. There are many "masculine" behaviors and characteristics, some of which are good, some of which are bad, and some of which are neutral/mixed. There are many "feminine" behaviors and characteristics, some of which are good, some of which are bad, and some of which are neutral/mixed. The point isn't to go nuts with femininity or masculinity, but to be a good person in their own way. A "real woman" or a "real man" is not made by embodying gender stereotypes but by doing what is right and what is right for themselves.
If someone is really having trouble finding a "masculine" man, there are plenty one can find at frat parties and bars.
