For those mtf's who had a lot of body hair and/or ear hair, and or dandruff, did going on HRT reduce this/these problem(s)?

If so, what kind of time frame did this take place in?

My hair loss has coincided with dandruff and scalp skin sheddding so I assume others might have had the same two pronged problem.
