"There are numerous complaints against HRC for being secretive about
their financial operation. A few months ago Andrew Sullivan called
them on this, and asked for HRC to answer five questions, two of them
being:

What percentage of the 2006 budget for all of HRC (both foundation and
lobbying group) was taken up by fundraising, events, mortgage payments
and administration?"
