Quiet a few people have asked me what my reason(s) are for constantly proclaiming I am a Transsexual....Why not just say you are a woman? why dwell on the past? why do you want to remeber life as a male? whats in a label?

Simple, For me the term TRANSSEXUAL carries my life meaning...
Am I woman?
110%  most definitely!
But I am a Transsexual first because if not that then I myself am still in denial about who I am. I am a Transsexual to simply remind others who are just starting or not as far in transition as I am that I am still just like them!
I remain a transsexual so that everyone knows that no matter how inadaquate, insecure, or incomplete you feel in yourself and your body I am here to tell you you can still be very much 100% a woman...unquestionably and undoubtly.....
To remind everyone (especially those of "us" who dont have these things) that a piece of paper.... or a marker on your license....or the organ between your legs....or years of therapy by a dr who medically states...... is not a justification or proof that you are a woman.......
To help so many others like myself know that a person needs no acceptance or verification by anyone to know what they truly are what they feel in mind, heart and soul. because for me there is no SRS I am completely happy being the woman I most certainly AM!
My actions and demenor dictate that I am a woman more than any  physical attribute could for me....(of course the rack helps! ;))

God made me a Transsexual and made me go through all my trails, tribulations and keep me alive for this purpose to help others...or maybe he just thinks I'm really cool! 8)

I am a Transsexual simply because it is a beautiful thing to be an extraordinary woman such as myself

The world accord to....

Go to a womens only sauna and see how far your actions and demeanor get you?

You constantly mention your rack, what as a symbol of womanhood?  If thats a qualifier then I sure feel sorry for those who have had breast cancer and no longer qualify not to mention those poooor natal women who don't have the necessary fatty tissue.

Hi Chynna Doll:
If you think your rack is a qualifier for womanhood, so be it; that's you and that's what really counts.  We can't make everyone happy with our beliefs, actions, or personal transsexual experiences; if we were all the same, we'd be sooooooooooooooooo boring!!!! right?

I don't think that going into a womens only sauna is neither a qualifier for lesbianism nor feminism or a reaffirmation of one's womanhood either, but again that's just my opinion in a billion....in other words.....who gives a flying fly what I think, right? :icon_evil_laugh:

love ya Chynna Doll,

P.S.  A said to B "I am me, and you are B" :-*

I believe that I have always been female, just didn't know it. Society told me different and I tried to believe them. I guess society can't be right all the time. LOL Chynna, I wish I had a better rack, I know that you were only kidding cause you had said that it really doesn't matter what is between your legs or what isn't or what is on your chest. It really comes down to what is in your heart and soul. The term Transsexual is just that a term for society to place on something they just quite haven't figured out yet. You have to have a label or you just don't exist and with the government a number. I don't believe any of us are trans. we are people who have had the wrong set of genitals and we are working around to make life comfortable for us, individuals. If that includes surgery so be it and if it doesn't that is OK too. It is all in what your comfortable with. As far as a womans only whatever, I don't think I would be going no matter what they were doing. If you were friends with the people then they would know and wouldn't care anyway.

LOL Leigh.....Your right I do constantly mention my breast for me they are one and a billion of my traits that qualify me for womanhood after all they are one of the noticable qualities on a woman regardless of what gender the person is who is doing the noticing......
But I apologize to anyone who lacks the fatty tissue or have lost theres to breast cancer that I have offended..
It's just my insecurities in myself that makes me mention them so much......(OOPS Flaw..I am human!)

As for going to an all womans suana.....Why would I want to? Not my scene per say but to answer your scenerio almost every woman who knows or interacts with me knows what I am but to them they can't see anything but a woman including the women in my "womens only support group" for abused woman I moderate ....
So my demonor gets me far enough I would say!..... ;) ;D

As for breast cancer that is the only fear I have left (besides clowns  ;) )

Questions for you Leigh:
What defines womanhood to you?
What Makes a woman a woman?

Im curious to know...

I can completely relate to this myself.  I found myself doing that a while ago and after it was pointed out by a few different people, I decided to humble myself and stop talking about myself like that.

Sorry but I thought of some thing else......

In that case, I should go down to a skin head meeting or a KKK rally and see how far my demonor, pleasant personnality and mixed heritage gets me!

"Excuse me sir before you lite that lower case "T" I bought refreshment for everyone.
"oh thats beautiful what are those.... satin sheets your wearing???are those flammable?? whats the deal with the rope?"

First, fear cancer, any cancer.  In one more year I will be considered a survivor.  It takes 5 years to be considered cancer free.

You say you are scared of clowns?  There is a line here but if I used it I would have to ban myself.

To paraphrase : To be one with the force. The power and energy of women, the sense of committment and family.  To share the same values and empowerment, or lack of, as every woman has since we were subjagated by the power dynamic established by the male patriarchy.  The sense of self determination to be be enveloped into the womens community without a single hesitation on their part.   They define who I am.  Being adopted into a family of Leather Women.  Having enough respect in the community that I was asked to run for secretary, and was elected, of a Lesbian organization.

What defines womanhood for me?  Women!  If they see me as different then how could I say to the world I am a woman.  I could say it to myself but there would be no one to share it with.  I'm only one voice, one opinion.  They are many.

Yeah I thought of the same one in regards to several of your post but I knew you would ban ME
Cute thought without breaking the rule see it does happen

QuoteI'm only one voice, one opinion.  They are many.

By your statement are you saying one individuals opinion or thoughts cant influence a group??
Am I suppossed to conform and be silient to the masses simply because I am ONE and NOT MANY???
Am I suppossed to heed to the majority simply because there are more of them then I???
You speak of punks that actions denotes one of a coward if that is one that you are suggesting...

I understand thru what ever personal reasons you don't like me.
and Ill loose sleep over that one... :icon_sleep:
Maybe its my heritage, my demonor, my looks, or my smart  :icon_censored: mouth or lack of yielding to the masses and speaking my mind
whatever the case know that I accept Leigh for Leigh
no hard feeling at least no permenant ones

Hey everyone,

To me words are just symbols that represent ideas.  Transsexual is the word we use to describe a person that is certain thier birth gender is different than what their brain is telling them thier gender is. So I fit the description. I am a transsexual.

This in no way conflicts with the fact that I am a woman and always have been.  In fact, without this trait, I could not be a transsexual.  I personally do not beleive that anyone that has already transistioned their body is any more of a woman than me.  They are just more fortunate than me.

Only each person can know who and what they are.  Who am I to question or doubt what anyone else beleives themselves to be?

Love always,
Elizabeth
