"Many of Colorado's anti-discrimination laws haven't been updated since 1960...UNTIL this year.
Governor Ritter signed a bill into law last week that gives people of all sexual orientations access to public facilities.
Public restrooms are open for all to use...but often times for Transgender individuals which door to enter is an intimidating choice.
Senate Bill 200 bans any sort of discrimination in public facilities of gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgender individuals.
But Governor Ritter says he signed it because public should never mean off-limits to anybody."
