"Fitzgerald and her family joined Casper residents of all ages and sexual orientations in Washington Park Saturday for the city's second annual Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Pride event.

"They do this just to bring the community together and I think it's a great idea," said Jenn Cashmer, a volunteer at the day's events. "We really need something here in Wyoming that's gay pride oriented."
