Well it looks like i'm going to be going to tailand to get my surgery. I will probably have the money if not by next summer then by the fall to do it. But I wonder who is probably the best of the surgons?

Also, is there any reason an American doctor should be chosen over a Tailand doctor? I heard that their training and skill is on par with the surgons in America.
