Well, I'm not sure how well this will work for you big chested guys...buuuuut I was thinking about a little girl's sized sports bra.

It wouldn't be as long as a binder.  And I found this three pack from Wal Mart for $8.88

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9193574

I'm going to go buy this in the morning and I will let yall know.  Has anyone else tried this?

I've used smaller sized sports bras, binding sucks and it hurts more than other methods. Especially when wearing it for a long period of time.

Then again I got a huge chest so this method might work better for you.

My chest isn't huge but I'm not as skinny as you.  It will probably work fine.  My problem with sports bras (the only kind I ever wore pre-binders) is that they tend to cut me off under the  chest and  it still looked like a woman.  With the longer binder there's fabric that bridges the gap beneath my chest and makes me look flatter.

I really should work out...I used to be your size, Brady!

Really I should before top surgery and I could probably get a keyhole.

I need to work out a little more, then I think I will be good.  Not to lose weight though, just gain more muscle.

I would want keyhole, but my only concern is the nipple size/placement.

Yeah, I've heard keyhole often needs a lot of revisions.

I have small nipples.  I obviously haven't researched top surgery yet in full (I'm still working on getting T!)  I was under the impression that keyholes were good for small breasts and nipples?

Guess I'd better do more research.

Yeah.  I know I would be a great candidate for keyhole at 32A but I feel that the results are much better with double incision

What I've heard (I'm not a candidate for keyhole) is that the placement of the nipples can be a bit off.
Sounds less invasive than double mascetomy (forget the name, but the other top surgery type) that I'll get though.

Keyhole, they basically leave the nipples intact and remove the breast tissue from around the areola. Scarring is minimal, but most need a lot of revisions.

Double incision (which is what you were trying to think of, Nero), is two large cuts, remove all bothersome tissue, and the nipples are removed, resized, and replaced. The chest is sculpted to look male. The scarring can be more significant, but you don't usually need revisions unless you're quite overweight. I had DI and, although you can see my scars, they aren't really that bothersome and not particularly noticeable except up close, especially if I'm tanned. Avatar picture is me a year and a half after surgery, with a tan.

And I don't know about keyhole, but DI was not a particularly difficult procedure. I was sneaking out for a smoke 45 min after waking up from anaesthetic (yeah yeah I know, bad idea and all). The next day I walked up Lombard Street Hill and around the piers in San Fran for a couple of hours.

Hey Brady

To have a tighter fit bra.  I actually buy this one sportsbra from jockey.  I have only found it at the jockey outlet stores.  But it zips in the front.  This is the best bra that I have found that makes me flat.  I am also trying out something new.  I bought it on ebay.  I have worn it for two days so far and i'm pretty impressed.  It makes me very flat.  It is called a compression shirt conceal gynecomastia.  This was pretty cheap.  There is another site for these that you can check out.  http://www.morrisdesigns.com/gynecomastia-vest.htm

I hope this helps
