what should i do with my hair?

my hair is short, and it has a slight wave to it, but it doesn't look good for the way my hair is done. the strands of my bangs make a c shape, and when i comb it, it swoops to the left, and the hair in the back, down toward the neck makes the same c shape, and when i comb it, it swoops outward. i have to trim it just to get rid of that c shape, but i don't want to do that. what else could i do?

How do you feel about straightening it?

Do you blow-dry your hair or let it dry on its own?

Do you like your hair being this short, or are you growing it out?

Stop letting her cut it? Style it the way you want, put your foot down. And a cheap flat iron (for starters) is only 20 bucks, reasonable?

Give it time to grow out, and try new styles. There's more than one way to straighten your hair but flat ironing is easiest.
