Sharon Osbourne was left gob smacked after a rather convincing
lookalike of the pop star revealed he was in fact a man named Derrick
Barry.

I would think anyone who woke up in the morning with Ozzy next to her would be beyond all shock.

Actually, it was so obvious the impersonator was a man that
I can't see anyone being surprised at all. The jawline was
clear as a bell. I've seen much better impersonators before.

Its not just that he's got a strong jawline, without estrogen, the face
has several strong features that cannot be hidden. The eyes
also have a distinct male look. Britney has large round eyes, he's got small males eyes (men's eyes look smaller eyes because of the bossing above the eye and the fact that men are bigger and eye size is not proportional to body (or head) size.
