Transpowerment Progam The TransPowerment program is working to reduce HIV infection and transmission among transgender persons and their partners in Santa Clara County (California) . TransPowerment is a program that builds strength within the transgender community by providing culturally appropriate services through workshops, outreach, and case management. The TransPowerment program gives trans-women of color a forum to voice their opinions, express their concerns and meet other women with whom they can identify.

One-to-one education for transgender individuals
Skills building workshops (i.e., life skills, professional development, self defense, etc.) -
