Yes, Joseph Fiennes - hunky Joseph Fiennes - has played Shakespeare in the past but now he plays a transsexual. Can I just clarify, before I carry on, what a transsexual is? It's a person who is confused about their sexuality? Someone, say a bloke, who has always wanted to be a woman? Ah yes, that's the whole pre- and post-op transsexual thing.

So Joseph Fiennes. He's a married father of two who tells his family he's a transsexual. There isn't a lot of news about Pretty/Handsome other than that, apart from the fact that Joseph Fiennes is in it, as is Carrie-Anne Moss, Blythe Danner and Robert Wagner.
