thinking about getting an MRI and calling in sick for work

 You see, last friday while at work I gave myself a concussion without loosing conscious. When I got to the ER, all that the doc. did was check my equilibrium and said I should only rest for the rest of the day and the day after and then I should be alright to go back to work. {I work as a dishwasher at the same hospital} Well I have been fine but just in the past couple of days, my headaches have gotten worse and I'm now getting dizzy spells. Although very light dizzy spells.

what I'm concerned about is should I call in and miss work days until I have the MRI and the results??

So far my family agrees with me but none of them have a concussion before.
