i think i'm starting to get known as a girl in public places. i've been called ma'am, and a lady several times. this never happened earlier in my life, but i know the right way to carry myself now. i had to teach it to myself, because my mom never taught me, like genetic girls moms' teach them. all i need is hormones to ensure that i always get known this way.

Lol. I'm a genetic female and my mom didn't teach me ->-bleeped-<-. Mostly because she noticed I was a "tomboy" very young.

I still don't know why my gender identity took her by surprise. I always acted like a boy.

Congrats on your accomplishment!  :)

That is so cool princess. I wish it was that way for me. I was constantly called a girl when I was younger (before I was 10) Then my looks started to change. My dad told me everyone said I was too pretty to be a boy. LOL

I doubt anyone is really "taught". It is just who you as a child noticed and learned from by means of observation.
